We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we were thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail and high-end feel of this place was exceptional. The decor was sophisticated yet simple, creating a stylish ambiance throughout. The location was perfect as it was centrally located to many great restaurants and shopping options. We even had the convenience of a restaurant right at the hotel, where we enjoyed a delicious meal with a special Valentine's Day menu. The presentation of the food was impeccable and the taste was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the concierge who graciously provided us with a comp-card for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the All-American dish we ordered was not only delivered promptly but was also incredibly delicious.
Although breakfast was not included initially, the concierge resolved the issue promptly by providing us with a comp-card. The bed in our room was comfortable and the waterfall shower was a delightful added touch.

We spent a nice weekend at a recently opened hotel. The modern and sophisticated decor with attention to detail was outstanding. The bed was comfy, and the waterfall shower was a nice touch, as well as the city view from our room. The pool area was delightful, and the hotel was close to many restaurants and shops.
Our experience was not perfect. The shower door made an unnerving snap noise when opened or closed, which seemed like a design flaw that could lead to an accident.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, with a sophisticated and simple decor. The attention to detail and high-end feel made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations with its special menu and excellent presentation. The central location was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and shopping at the Southlake Town Center. This beautiful hotel offers great value for the price.
Although my stay was wonderful overall, I did notice a few minor drawbacks. The shower door in my room had an unnerving "snap" sound, which seemed like a design flaw that could be potentially dangerous.

The pool area was beautiful, and the city view from my room was fantastic. The hotel restaurant was delicious, and the presentation of the food was impressive. The hotel was conveniently located near Southlake Town Center, providing access to many good restaurants and shopping options.
Not obvious to find breakfast included.

During our stay in this new hotel for a family marriage conference, we were impressed by its modern, sophisticated and simple decor. The hotel's central location near various restaurants, shopping centers, and beautiful city views made it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel restaurant offered special menus and great presentation; the free breakfast was also exceptionally delicious. The pool area was spectacular and room service was reliable.
The bed pillows were not comfortable.

This new hotel exceeded my expectations! The modern and sophisticated decor, attention to detail and high-end feel really impressed us. Not to mention, the delicious on-site restaurant and all-American breakfast that were both exceptional and fast. The location was centric as it was right across a large shopping center and many good restaurants were nearby. The pool area was also a highlight of our stay, offering a spectacular view of the city!
Our stay was not entirely smooth, we experienced an unnerving "snap" of the shower door and the $8 bottle of water was somewhat of an insult. the bed pillows were not comfortable but fortunately, the bed was nice and comfortable, minus this detail.
